    April Doyle's vast experience in the entertainment industry began with successes in both the acting and modeling fields. April’s musical talents became the focus as she began performing with “The Mardels”, one of Southern California’s first extremely successful corporate show bands. Attention for outstanding performances and vocal abilities then brought her an extensive amount of jingle work that was heard nationally on television and radio, including commercials for NBC, Ralphs, and Sea World to name a few. Talent, experience and a unique vision all converged resulting in her next endeavor – Haute Chile Productions - which launched in the mid 90’s, and quickly became one of the top requests in high end corporate, celebrity, socialite and notable charity events.

    Mark Jones has been in and around the business of music for the majority of his life. Beginning with a Jazz background, Mark has toured the globe with music leading the way. Mark’s musical background expanded beyond performance into musical direction, production, recordings and writing projects for a long list of notable Los Angeles based artists, musical groups, television, and movies. Mark’s phenomenal musical talents and directing skills were instrumental in putting Haute Chile Productions on the map.

    Enjoying a long and successful music career, Mike Carnahan has followed a star studded path performing and recording with a variety of pop and rock artists including Melissa Manchester, Leo Sayer, Ringo Starr, Paul Anka, Dusty Springfield, Peter Criss and numerous others. An accomplished jazz musician, Mike’s impressive performance roster also includes names such as Don Ellis, Alphonse Mouzon, and Roland Vazquez. Mike is an original member and fundamental part of Haute Chile’s powerhouse horn section. Mike also continues to perform with many headline artists such as the “Four Tops”, “Temptations”, Diane Schuur and Mary Wilson.

Edell Shepherd

    Edell Shepherd’s music career has taken him around the globe performing with some of the entertainment industries most notable artists. This impressive list includes Barry White, the Gap Band, Teena Marie, Otis Day and the Knights (Music Director and Keyboardist), Chaka Kahn, Ricky Lawson, Norman Connor, Lakeside and Miles Long, featuring Malcolm Jamal Warner. Edell’s performance experience crosses many musical genres including R&B, Funk, Jazz, and Gospel. Currently Edell divides his time between musical direction, underscoring, recording and performing with a number of headline acts as well as the top call in corporate entertainment, Haute Chile Productions.

Touring credits have seen him on stages worldwide with renowned artists such as Shanice, Identity Crisis, Keith Sweat, MC Hammer, Tara Kemp, Georgio and Vesta Williams. Romeo’s mastery of guitar and powerhouse vocals are heard on recordings with performers such as Jeffrey Osborne, Identity Crisis, New Edition, Shanice, All 4 One, Troop, Georgio, John Clay, Mad Dog, Barry Lather, Tara Kemp, Oji Pierce and Richard Wolf. Adding to his already impressive catalogue, countless television and films have also drawn on Romeo’s talents. HCP is proud to have Romeo on board.

JP Castillo

    JP is our most recent addition and is proud to have been featured on MTV's TRL. He has shared the stage with some of the world’s best; Enrique Iglesias, J Lo, The Jacksons, and numerable notable headliners. Recently his talents were requested as one of the lead vocalists on “Dancing with the Stars”. JP is a force to be reckoned with and is also working on his own solo project which has garnered interest from many record labels. JP Castillo is a star on the rise!

    Darryl Walker has been blessed with multiple talents. He is a triple threat. A stellar vocalist, percussionist and saxophone player, Darryl has entertained and enthralled audiences worldwide with his amazing talents. Specializing in R&B, pop, blues, and jazz, Darryl has lit up live shows and recording sessions in lead and supporting roles for a bevy of labels; Tabu, A&M, Motown, Mesa Blue Moon Records, and Northern Blues. Darryl’s has also been the vocalist of choice for the pre-production team of world-renowned Latin artist Luis Miguel. You may have seen him on The Late, Late Show with Craig Ferguson, or heard him on jingles for Dole, Pringles, Toyota, and Honey Nut Cheerios. Darryl is a stunning talent.

    Sandra has been performing since the age of 14. She has sung back-ups for Nia Peeples, Vanessa Williams, Michael Bolton, George Takei, Julie Andrews, Jonathan Cain (Journey) and spanish star Luis Miguel. She has toured extensively throughout Europe and Asia sharing the stage with the likes of Barry White, Meatloaf, and Ricky Martin just to name a few. She can also be found on the Broadway stage from time to time. Sandra’s extreme talent and beauty have grace Haute Chile Productions for many years.

    Multi-talented performer, educator, recording engineer, conductor, arranger and studio musician, Roy Brown is as versatile as they come. His extensive performance and recording credits reflect this talent and versatility; from reggae superstars Big Mountain, to Latin jazz luminary Jack Costanzo, to the Virginia Opera. Roy also serves our nation as 20+-year active duty military musician.

Barry Chenault

    Barry Chenault began his impressive musical career with the Anaheim Kingsman Drum & Bugle Corp. There he mastered soul, rhythm and blues, and funk rhythms. His unique talents became known in the industry and took him to new levels as he began performing with many popular R&B recording artists such as Zoom, the Boo-Yaa-Tribe, and most notably George Clinton, Parliament Funkadelic and The Gap Band. Barry’s versatility has him currently working with such artists as Cee Cee Michaela (Neo Soul), Paris Escovido (Latin), and one of the nation's top corporate show bands, Haute Chile Productions.

    Five-time San Diego Music Award winning Saxophonist Chuck Phillips has long been recognized as one of the best horn players on the music scene in Southern California. His award winning sound, high-energy stage presence, and versatile style have brought him to the stage with some of the entertainment industry’s most noted performers. Chuck Berry, Bobby Caldwell, The Coasters, Platters, Spinners, Con Funk Shun and Big Mountain are just a few. As a freelance musician Chuck has toured the globe opening for acts such as Ray Charles, Elton John, Ashford & Simpson and Etta James and is seen regularly as a key force in the renowned horn section Haute Chile Productions.

Christopher Troy

    Christopher Troy has shared the stage with many of today’s top and legendary recording artist such as Rick James & Teena Marie, K-Ci & JoJo, Dave Hollister, Kevon Edmonds, Doc Powell, Jeffery Osborne, Gerald Levert, Vesta, Brothers Johnson and the Gap Band. As a record producer and songwriter he has over 10 successful years under his belt, with accolades including Gold and Platinum sales awards with artists such as K-Ci & Jo Jo, Kevon Edmonds, Karyn White, Alexander O’neal, Whispers, and the O’Jays. He also holds the honors of ASCAP and BMI songwriting awards and a Grammy nomination with stellar reggae artist, Black Uhuru. As a composer his music can be heard on countless soundtracks and film. A true talent.

    Tristin comes from a very musical family having two brothers in the successful acapella group, Home Free, who won The Sing Off Season 4 on NBC. Besides her vocal accolades, Tristin purses acting and dancing in Los Angeles. You may have seen her on the popular TV show, "Criminal Minds,” “Shark Tank” or The Film, "About Last Night" with Kevin Hart. Tristin is a triple threat as a vocalist, choreographer and also has an impressive list of modeling credits. Her beauty has had her be the “face” for Target, Aveda, Wella, Best Buy, and she was also selected to model for Suzanne Somers on Shop NBC, a national Great Clips commercial, and has also done promo for American Idol. Tristin does it all!

    With a career that reaches from the Broadway Stage to the Hollywood Soundstage, singer/actor Carly Thomas Smith has entertained audiences around the world with her powerhouse vocals. In the Music Industry, Ms.Thomas Smith is in-demand with the ability to sing both lead and background vocals in many genres and styles of music. Starting out in the jazz clubs of Minneapolis & New York City, Carly has fronted bands of all kinds, from small jazz ensembles, high-end Corporate Events Bands, to performing at the Sydney Opera House, and the Perth and the Richmond Symphony Orchestras. She’s shared the stage with a wide range of recording artists, Taylor Swift,Patti Austin, Lee Ritenour and Dave & Don Grusin, and Rock Royalty’s Joe Walsh & Don Felder of The Eagles.

Andrew Carney

    Since the age of fifteen, Andrew Carney has been playing trumpet and flugelhorn professionally. He has had the honor of touring with artists such as Brian Setzer and Yve Evans, and has performed with Aretha Franklin, Andrea Bocelli, Michael Jackson, Johnny Mathis, Michael Bolton, Dionne Warwick, Whitney Houston, Peter White, Paul Brown, Chaka Khan, Brenda Russell, the Clayton Hamilton Jazz Orchestra, and Randi Crawford. Andrew’s talents have also been requested on American Idol, King of Queens, and the Talk (performing with Andrea Bocelli) as well as motion pictures such as Anchorman 2, Starsky and Hutch, Why Do Fools Fall In Love, and George Wallace (starring Angelina Jolie and Gary Sinise). Andrew has performed all over the world and is an amazing asset to Haute Chile Productions.

Dan Tanks

    Dan Tanks began his formal dance training at San Diego Mesa College. While focusing on hip-hop, he also studied ballet, jazz, and modern dance. Dan continued his dance education at Culture Shock Dance Center in San Diego under the direction of its founder, Angie Bunch. As he grew as a performer he also began choreographing for numerous artists and events with themes ranging from current to decade-themed shows, to USO shows. His stunning abilities as a performer and master choreographer, as well as his consummate professionalism have now taken him all over the country. In 2009, Dan was hired as the dance consultant on the second season of HBO’s original series True Blood. We are honored to have his talents grace out stage!

    Romeo Rodriguez is a Los Angeles-based musician with a diverse track record of success. As a studio musician, Romeo’s credits include performing and touring with various Gospel Artists such as Daryl Coley, Kurt Carr, Gary Oliver, Bryan Duncan, Crystal Lewis, The Mighty Clouds of Joy, Kirk Franklin, Bebe Winans, Yolanda Adams, and the L.A. Mass Choir. He’s also performed with En Vogue, Timex Social Club, Club Nouveau, American Idols Elliott Yamin, Melinda Doolittle, and Lexi Lawson to name a few. He has appeared on national and international television programs such as Good Morning America (ABC), Good Day LA (Fox), The Arsenio Hall Show (CBS), and Top of the Pops (BBC-UK). Well known in Los Angeles as a powerful musical director and performer, Romeo is a valued member of HCP!

Due to her astounding talent, at age 13 she was already being offered starring roles in many notable musical productions such as Chorus Line and All That Jazz. She then began attracting national attention after winning a number of international talent searches. The industry’s interest in Catherine’s talents are what had her first album recorded by the age of 21 and also had her opening for such headliners as KC and JoJo and Rome. Known for her beauty and poise, Catherine is still pursuing different aspects of her impressive musical career and travels the globe regularly with some of the top corporate show bands and musicians in the industry.

K’s music career is sky rocketing in the entertainment industry as her fan base increases.
